Our goal is to provide not only healthy, well-socialized puppies, but also a transparent and smooth adoption process. This Sales Policy page outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations associated with adopting one of our Chihuahuas. Please read carefully to understand our procedures and commitments.

Step 1: Choosing Your Puppy

This is an exciting step, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to make an informed decision.

You can view available puppies on our Available Puppies page or upcoming litters on the Our Upcoming Litters page. Each puppy listing includes:

  • Photos: Clear images of the puppies at different ages.
  • Descriptions: Information on their personality, coat type, expected size, and any unique traits.
  • Temperament: We describe the puppy’s temperament, so you can choose one that best fits your family and lifestyle. For example, we’ll let you know if a puppy is more independent, playful, or cuddly.
  • Health Status: All puppies are raised in a health-conscious environment, and their vaccinations, deworming, and vet checkups will be detailed on their listing.

If you’re unsure which puppy would be the best fit, we’re here to help! We encourage you to ask questions and discuss the puppies with us before making your final decision

Step 2: Review and Approval

After we receive your application, we’ll carefully review it to ensure that you’re a good match for one of our puppies. We want to make sure that we place our puppies with families who are ready for the commitment of raising a Chihuahua, and that the home environment will be a good fit for their temperament and needs.

Once your application is approved, we’ll reach out to you to discuss your preferences further. This includes:

  • Preferred puppy characteristics (e.g., size, coat color, personality traits)
  • Your ideal timeline for adoption
  • Any questions or concerns you might have about the adoption process

We take the time to answer all your questions to ensure you’re comfortable moving forward.

Step 3 : Reservation & Deposit

If you’ve found the perfect puppy, it’s time to reserve them! A non-refundable deposit is required to officially hold your chosen puppy until they are ready to go home. This deposit:

  • Confirms your intent to adopt the puppy and reserves them for you.
  • Is applied towards the total adoption fee.

We accept deposits through various secure payment methods such as PayPal or bank transfer. 

Final Adoption Agreement

After your deposit is received, we’ll provide you with a Final Adoption Agreement. This agreement includes the following key details:

  • Health Guarantee: Our health guarantee covering genetic issues and any other health-related concerns within the first 12 months.
  • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance of the adoption fee is due when the puppy is 8 weeks old and ready for pickup or shipping.
  • Care Guidelines: Instructions on how to care for your new puppy, including feeding, training, and health requirements.

Once everything is signed, we’ll schedule a pickup or shipping date for your puppy.
